The Treasury Department said Monday it will sell $30 billion of four-week discount bills Tuesday.
There are currently $50.000 billion of four-week bills outstanding.
The bills settle Oct. 2 and are due Oct. 30.
Federal Reserve banks hold nothing in maturing bills in their own accounts.
