Treasury to Sell $25 Billion of Four-Week Bills

The Treasury Department said Monday it will sell $25 billion of four-week discount bills on Tuesday.

There are currently $84.000 billion of four-week bills outstanding.

The bills settle Dec. 30 and are due Jan. 27, 2011.

Federal Reserve banks hold $6.285 billion in maturing bills in their own accounts.
