Treasury to Sell $23B 4-Week Bills

NEW YORK - The Treasury Department said Monday it will sell $23 billion of four-week discount bills Tuesday.

There are currently $57.002 billion of four-week bills outstanding.

The bills settle August 4 and are due Sept. 1.

Federal Reserve banks hold $3.782 billion in maturing bills in their own accounts.
