NEW YORK - The Treasury Department said Thursday it will auction $7 billion 29-year 4-month inflation-indexed notes on Thursday, Oct 20.
The notes settle Oct. 31 and are due Feb. 15, 2041.
Moody's Ratings said the downgrade "reflects a weakening of the county's financial position."
