NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Wednesday auctioned $28 billion of four-week bills at a 0.020% high yield, a price of 99.998444.
The coupon equivalent was 0.020%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.77.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 13.12%. The median yield was 0.010%. The low yield was zero.
The bills have an issue date of July 14 and are due Aug. 11.
Tenders totaled $133,586,533,800 and the Treasury accepted $28,001,334,400, including $216,525,800 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $6,285,071,700 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
