The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $35 billion of four-week bills at a 0.250% high yield, a price of 99.980556.
The coupon equivalent was 0.254%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.76.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 15.41%. The median rate was 0.235%. The low rate was 0.200%.
The bills have an issue date of Sept. 15 and are due Oct. 13.
Tenders totaled $131,533,834,800 and the Treasury accepted $35,000,399,800, including $338,551,800 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
