Treasury 4-Weeks Auctioned at 0.250% High Yield

The Treasury Department Wednesday auctioned $50 billion of four-week bills at a 0.250% high yield, a price of 99.980556.

The coupon equivalent was 0.254%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.09.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 51.37%. The median rate was 0.225%. The low rate was 0.150%.

The bills have an issue date of Jan. 21 and are due Feb. 18.

Tenders totaled $154,664,749,300 and the Treasury accepted $50,000,719,300, including $278,939,500 non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
