The coupon equivalent was zero. The bid-to-cover ratio was 9.66.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 28.68%. The median rate was 0.090%. The low rate was 0.050%.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 22 and are due Nov. 19.
Tenders totaled $22,657,034,000 and the Treasury accepted $5,000,032,400, including $273,431,200 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
