The coupon equivalent was 0.076%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.34.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 72.13%. The median rate was 0.065%. The low rate was 0.040%.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 12 and are due Dec. 10.
Tenders totaled $173,423,820,900 and the Treasury accepted $52,000,969,900, including $265,267,200 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
