The coupon equivalent was 0.071%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.46.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 96.39%. The median rate was 0.060%. The low rate was 0.030%.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 5 and are due Dec. 3.
Tenders totaled $173,052,064,400 and the Treasury accepted $50,000,821,900, including $244,091,600 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
