The coupon equivalent was 0.051%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.47.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 69.47%. The median rate was 0.040%. The low rate was 0.010%.
The bills have an issue date of July 30 and are due Aug. 27.
Tenders totaled $138,853,335,400 and the Treasury accepted $40,000,335,400, including $289,668,400 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
