Tenders at the high rate were allotted 17.74%. The median rate was zero. The low rate was zero.
The bills have an issue date of Oct. 29 and are due Nov. 27.
Tenders totaled $18,740,404,500 and the Treasury accepted $5,000,064,500, including $234,261,300 non-competitive. The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
