The Treasury Department yesterday said it will sell $24 billion of four-week discount bills today.
The 28-day bills will pay down $7 billion and refund $31 billion of maturing bills.
The bills have an issue date of March 27 and are due April 24.
Federal Reserve banks hold $10.606 billion of maturing bills.
