NEW YORK - The Treasury Department today auctioned $32 billion of three-year notes with a 1/4% coupon at a 0.334% yield, a price of 99.749466.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.15.
Tenders at the high yield were allotted 81.11%. All competitive tenders at lower yields were accepted in full.
The median yield was 0.310%. The low yield was 0.249%.
Tenders totaled $100,749,394,400 and the Treasury accepted $32,000,054,400, including $26,394,400 non-competitive.
The Fed banks also bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
The notes, dated September 15, will mature September 15, 2014.
