Treasury 2-Year Notes Auctioned at 0.760% High Yield

The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $26 billion of two-year notes with a 3/4% coupon at a 0.760% yield, a price of 99.980189.

The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.83.

Tenders at the high yield were allotted 80.11%.

The median yield was 0.710%. The low yield was 0.650%.

Tenders totaled $73,601,336,300 and the Treasury accepted $26,000,111,300, including $178,336,300 non-competitive.

The Fed banks bought $1,778,095,100 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.

The two-year notes are dated Aug. 31 and due Aug. 31, 2018.
