Treasury 10-Yr TIPs Go At 2.019% High

WASHINGTON — Treasury yesterday sold $12 billion of inflation-indexed 10-year notes at a 2.019% yield, an adjusted price of 97.829, with a 2% coupon.

The bid-to-cover ratio was 1.95. All competitive tenders at yields lower than 2.019% were accepted in full. Tenders at the market-clearing yield were allotted 67.02%. Among competitive tenders, the median yield was 1.929% and the low yield 1.850%, Treasury said.

Tenders totaled $23,358,941,000, of which the Treasury accepted $12,000,001,000. Noncompetitive tenders totaled $247.691 million.
