The Treasury Department auctioned $20 billion of 9-year 10-month notes with a 2% coupon at a 2.342% high yield, a price of 97.010859.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.58.
Tenders at the high yield were allotted 77.10%. All competitive tenders at lower yields were accepted in full.
The median yield was 2.300%. The low yield was 2.250%.
Tenders totaled $51,602,407,700 and the Treasury accepted $20,000,057,700 including $13,537,700 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $1,108,209,600 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
The notes, which are dated Nov. 15, will mature Nov. 15, 2026.
