The Treasury will auction $28 billion of 91-day bills and $29 billion of 182-day discount bills. The 91-day bills are dated April 1 and due July 1, and the 182-day bills are dated April 1, and due Sept. 30. There are $56.001 billion 91-day bills outstanding and no 182-day bills.

 

Tuesday, March 30

Consumer confidence figures for March are released by the Conference Board.

 

Wednesday, March 31

Factory orders, shipment and inventory figures for February are released by the Commerce Department.

 

Thursday, April 1

Initial jobless claims for the week ending March 27 are released by the Labor Department.

Construction spending figures for February are released by the Commerce Department.

 

Friday, April 2

The employment situation is released by the Labor Department.

Bond markets are closed for the Good Friday holiday.
