The Philadelphia Area Municipal Analysts Society is undergoing a leadership change with Stephen Winterstein set to assume the presidential post from Tom Kozlik.
Winterstein, a chief municipal strategist at Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, will take over as the group’s president following its
“Tom has been an absolutely terrific president and without his leadership it is unlikely the group would have been able to get started,” said Winterstein. “All the members are thankful for Tom’s service as president the last four years.”
Winterstein has been an officer and secretary for PhAMAS since 2015. Prior to starting at Wilmington Trust in 2011, Winterstein spent 17 years at PNC and was a founding member of the PNC Municipal Investment Group. He is also a member of the board of governors with the the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.
