NEW YORK - Peter Bondi, a longtime member of the Municipal Bond Club of New York, died Jan. 2 after a long illness. He was 58
Mr., Bondi, was a vice president with the fixed-income municipal solutions team at JPMorgan. His career in the municipal bond market began more than three decades ago with Bear Stearns.
He worked there until joining JPMorgan, where he advised private bank, private wealth management, and JPMS investors and clients on municipal bonds.
Mr. Bondi leaves his wife, Karen; his daughter, Erica; and his son, Stephen.
Services are scheduled for 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Friday at the Thomas Dalton Funeral Home, 125 Hilllside Avenue, New Hyde Park, N.Y. A funeral Mass is scheduled Saturday for Notre Dame Church, 45 Mayfair Rd., New Hyde Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
