Voters in Oklahoma County Independent School District No. 12 last week approved three bond proposals totaling $29.9 million.
The proposal consisted of three questions, all of which passed with at least a two-thirds majority.
The district that serves Edmond area in northern Oklahoma County will use the proceeds for technology upgrades and to build a competition-sized swimming pool.
The package included $19 million for new computers and other equipment, including band and athletic uniforms, a $10 million 50-meter swimming pool with seating for 800 spectators, and $900,000 for school buses.
The Edmond district's debt is rated AA by Standard & Poor's.
