Rosholt School District, Wis., Downgraded to A-Plus by S&P

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it lowered its long-term rating to A-plus from AA-minus on Rosholt School District, Wis.' general obligation debt.

"The lowered rating is based on our view that the district's late debt service interest payment in October 2015 reflects a material oversight by district management," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Kathryn Clayton.
