Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló said Wednesday morning that the start of a Title III bankruptcy process for Puerto Rico was imminent.
Rosselló said through the twitter account of the governor's office that the Puerto Rico Oversight Board would apply for Title III in the near future. Title III is part of the Puerto Rico Oversight, Management and Economic Stability Act.
