Standard & Poor's Ratings Service said it has raised its rating on the city of Miami Beach, Fla.'s $64.8 million series 2015 parking revenue refunding bonds to A-plus from A.
The outlook is stable.
"The upgrade reflects our view of the city's strong historical and pro forma financial performance and expected stable demand of what we consider a diverse parking system," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Anita Pancholy.
