The composite index of leading economic indicators grew 0.1% in July, the Conference Board reported Thursday.
The June change in LEI was revised to a 0.3% decline from the original 0.2% drop. Economists polled by Thomson Reuters predicted LEI would be up 0.2% in July.
The coincident index rose 0.2% in July following a revised 0.1% decrease in June. The lagging index rose 0.4% after a 0.1% increase in June.
