Frank Named to CHFFA Again

Judith Frank, 71, of Los Angeles, has been re-appointed to the California Health Facilities Financing Authority.

Frank, owner and principal at Asset Strategies since 1993, was re-appointed to the position by Gov. Jerry Brown, according to a Tuesday announcement.

Her experience includes a position as a consulting project executive at the California Department of General Services from 1996 to 2004 and vice president of real estate development at Warner Brothers from 1988 to 1992.

She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Film L.A. Inc. board of directors and the Los Angeles County Capital Asset Leasing Corporation. She is chair of the San Fernando Redevelopment Dissolution Oversight Board.

She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management and a Master of Science degree in city and regional planning from the University of Southern California.

This position requires Senate confirmation and there is no compensation. Frank is a Republican.
