Antrim County, Mich., Upgraded to AA by S&P

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it raised its rating on Antrim County, Mich.'s general obligation limited tax bonds outstanding one notch to AA from AA-minus.

The outlook is stable.

"We base the upgrade on the county's maintenance of very strong budgetary flexibility and liquidity as well as the county's very strong wealth levels," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Timothy Barrett.
