The bid to cover ratio was 4.24.
The coupon equivalent was 0.096%. The price was 99.985222.
The low bid was 0.010%. The median bid was 0.080%. Tenders at the high were allotted 36.12%.
Tenders totaled $105,881,005,000 and the Treasury accepted $25,000,455,000, and $14,005,000 non-competitive.
The Wall Street banks targeted in the rate-rigging lawsuit wanted the top court to overturn class certification.
