The bid to cover ratio was 2.80. The coupon equivalent was 1.117%. The price was 99.871667.

The low bid was 1.000%. The median bid was 0.850%. Tenders at 1.100% were allotted 6.81%. Tenders totaled $139,743,671,000 and the Treasury accepted $49,000,937,000, none of it noncompetitive.
