NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Wednesday sold $30 billion 14-day cash management bills, dated Sept. 1, due Sept. 15, at a 0.005% high tender rate.
The bid to cover ratio was 4.75.
The coupon equivalent was 0.005%. The price was 99.999806.
The low bid was zero. The median bid was zero. Tenders at the high were allotted 16.46%.
Tenders totaled $142,393,525,000 and the Treasury accepted $30,001,025,000, including no non-competitive.
"Ceasefire optimism augmented by a liquidity-driven risk-on macro market environment should be neutral for duration and positive for credit spreads," BofA analysts wrote.
