Puerto Rico plans to host an investor webcast on Thursday, Oct. 30.
The Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico announced the webcast on Oct. 22 but did not provide a webcast time. In the near future the GDB will announce when the webcast will take place and how to listen to it.
In an October GDB liquidity report Puerto Rico announced that the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Finance Authority would be selling a $1.3 billion bond to refinance Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority debt to the GDB. Other sources have said the bond could be $2 billion or more.
The webcast will cover this bond issue and, if past practice is a guide, a wide range of fiscal and economic topics.
