Puerto Rico Gov. Alejandro García Padilla said Friday morning that as of 6 a.m. that morning 75% of Puerto Rican customers had electrical service.
He said he hoped that electricity would be restored to all customers by the end of the day.
Nearly all Puerto Rico lost its electrical service at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
