The coupon equivalent was 0.847%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.58.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 88.64%. The median yield was 0.820%. The low yield was 0.800%.
The bills have an issue date of Dec. 8 and are due Dec. 7, 2017.
Tenders totaled $71,530,274,500 and the Treasury accepted $20,000,042,500, including $183,274,500 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
