Tenders at the high rate were allotted 21.65%. The median rate was 0.020%. The low rate was zero.
The bills have an issue date of December 5 and are due January 2, 2014.
Tenders totaled $177,267,205,900 and the Treasury accepted $45,000,805,900, including $236,303,900 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
