Princeton Seminary, N.J., Gets Downgraded to Aa1

Moody’s Investors Service has downgraded to Aa1 from Aaa the rating on Princeton Theological Seminary’s outstanding rated debt totaling $107.8 million.

The outlook remains negative. The Aa1 rating reflects the large financial resource base that provides significant support for debt and operations at the small, well-regarded seminary.
