Stockton Council to Weigh Bankruptcy

Stockton's City Council will consider whether it will become the largest city ever to file for bankruptcy protection Tuesday night after negotiations with creditors ended on Monday.

BB please fix the formatting of the printable view of your articles. The margins are too narrow which is cutting off text when printing the article.
