Texas factory activity improved in October, according to the monthly business survey conducted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and released Monday.
The general business conditions index rose to 2.6 in October from negative 17.7 in September. The production index increased to 6.9 from 4.0.
The future outlook for general business conditions rose to 14.2 from 5.2, and the production index increased to 36.2 from 33.1.
