Weekly T-Bills Go At 1.420%, 1.700% Highs

Tender rates for the Treasury Department’s latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were higher yesterday, as the three-months incurred a 1.420% high rate, down from 1.060% last week, and the six-months incurred a 1.700% high rate, down from 1.380%.

Coupon equivalents were 1.445% and 1.739%, respectively. The price for the 91s was 99.641056 and for the 182s was 99.140556.

The median bid on the 91s was 1.350%. The low bid was 1.280%. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 67.69%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.92.

Tenders totaled $58,367,900,700 and Treasury accepted $22,000,027,200, including $1,613,417,700 of noncompetitive.

The median bid for the 182s was 1.660%. The low bid was 1.600%. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 92.57%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.93.

Tenders totaled $58,589,928,800 and Treasury accepted $20,000,098,700, including $1,266,753,800 of noncompetitive.
