Foster Pepper PLLC announced Monday that Alice Ostdiek of the firm’s municipal government practice group has been promoted to member from associate.
Ostdiek’s practice is focused in municipal law and public finance, and she serves as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, and disclosure counsel on general obligation, revenue, and special obligation financings by state and local governments, the firm said.
She joined Foster Pepper as a law clerk in 2000.
