The Financial CHOICE Act of 2017, (H.R. 10), which is intended to dismantle and replace the Dodd-Frank Act, will be put to a vote by the House this week. If passed, this bill would have a widespread ripple effect, as there are muni bond provisions which would hurt enforcement organizations such as the MSRB and SEC.
