Bond Buyer indexes

For the week ended April 2, the weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, increased two basis points to 4.22% from 4.20% in the week ended March 26.

The weekly average yield to maturity of The Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, decreased five basis points to 4.20% from 4.25% for the week ended March 19.

The weekly average yield to maturity of The Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, decreased six basis points to 4.25% from 4.31% for the week ended March 12.

The weekly average yield to maturity of The Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, increased four basis points to 4.31% from 4.27% for the week ended March 5.

For the week ended March. 5, the weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, moved up two basis points to 4.27% from 4.25% the previous week.

The weekly average yield to maturity of The Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, declined one basis point to 4.25% from 4.26% for the week ended Feb. 19.

For the week ended Feb. 19, the weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, jumped five basis points to 4.26% from 4.21%.

The weekly average yield to maturity of The Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, rose 9 basis points to 4.21% from 4.12% for the week ended Feb. 5.

The weekly average yield to maturity of The Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, was unchanged from the previous week at 4.12%, for the week ended Feb. 5.

For the week ended Jan. 29, the weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, dropped one basis point to 4.12% from 4.13%.

The Bond Buyer's 20-Bond GO Index of 20-year general obligation yields was up seven basis points to 3.36%, the highest in two weeks from 3.29% in the week ended Jan. 15.

Muni Bond Indexes Strengthen Again in Latest Week

For the week ended Jan. 8, 2015 the weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, fell eight basis points to 4.21% from 4.29% in the previous week.

The weekly average yield to maturity of The Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, fell two basis points to 4.29% in the week ended Dec. 31, from 4.31% in the previous week.

For the week ended Dec. 24, the weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, gained three basis points to 4.31% from the 4.28% the previous week.

For the week ended Dec. 18, the weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, was lower four basis points from the previous week at 4.28%.

For the week ended Dec. 11, the weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, dropped three basis points to 4.32% from 4.35%.

The Bond Buyer’s 20-Bond GO Index of 20-year general obligation yields dropped to its lowest level in at least six months as it fell 11 basis points in the week ended Dec. 3 to 3.83% from 3.94% in the previous week.

The weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, was unchanged at 4.40% in the week ending Nov. 25.

The weekly average yield to maturity of the Bond Buyer Municipal Bond Index, which is based on 40 long-term bond prices, fell two basis points to 4.39% in the week ending Nov. 20 from 4.41% in the previous week.
