The Treasury Department said it will auction $35 billion 5-day cash management bills on Tuesday, September 10.
The bills settle September 12 and are due September 17.
New Hampshire will not include a refunding of 2016 GOs in its annual deal.

S&P cited repeated draws on reserves for the lowered outlook.
