Treasury Three-Year Notes Go at 0.347% High Yield

The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $32 billion of three-year notes with a 1/4% coupon at a 0.347% yield, a price of 99.710759. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.30. Tenders at the high yield were allotted 12.68%.

The median yield was 0.332%. The low yield was 0.250%. Tenders totaled $105,678,618,300 and the Treasury accepted $32,000,048,300, including $37,618,300 non-competitive.

Treasury also auctioned $26 billion of 364-day bills at a 0.140% high yield, a price of 99.858444.

The coupon equivalent was 0.142%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.61. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 33.76%. The median yield was 0.135%. The low yield was 0.120%.

Tenders totaled $119,786,622,800 and the Treasury accepted $26,001,246,800, including $171,622,800 non-competitive.
