NEW YORK - The Treasury Department today auctioned $31 billion of four-week bills at a 0.170% high yield, a price of 99.986778.
The coupon equivalent was 0.172%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.72.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 48.54%. The median yield was 0.160%. The low yield was 0.120%.
The bills have an issue date of May 20 and are due June 17.
Tenders totaled $115,327,601,400 and the Treasury accepted $31,000,161,400, including $286,329,100 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $6,285,071,700 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
