NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $30 billion of four-week bills at a 0.065% high yield, a price of 99.994944.
The coupon equivalent was 0.066%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.88.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 80.24%. The median yield was 0.060%. The low yield was 0.040%.
The bills have an issue date of April 19 and are due May 17.
Tenders totaled $146,494,140,300 and the Treasury accepted $30,001,080,300, including $245,818,000 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $6,285,071,700 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
