NEW YORK - The Treasury Department Tuesday auctioned $35 billion of four-week bills at a 0.020% high yield, a price of 99.998500.
The coupon equivalent was 0.020%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.27.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 27.83%. The median yield was 0.010%. The low yield was zero.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 25 and are due Dec. 22.
Tenders totaled $149,572,320,400 and the Treasury accepted $35,000,332,100, including $214,742,400 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $3,781,546,000 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
