The coupon equivalent was 0.005%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.33.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 87.73%. The median yield was zero. The low yield was zero.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 17 and are due Dec. 15.
Tenders totaled $151,723,588,500 and the Treasury accepted $35,000,150,500, including $286,505,500 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought $5,937,991,000 for their own account in exchange for maturing securities.
