The coupon equivalent was 0.243%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.45.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 66.88%. The median rate was 0.230%. The low rate was 0.170%.
The bills have an issue date of Nov. 3 and are due Dec. 1.
Tenders totaled $189,598,214,500 and the Treasury accepted $55,000,294,500, including $298,066,100 non-competitive.
The Fed banks bought nothing for their own account.
