The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration expects state revenue to grow by 2%, or almost $90 million, in fiscal 2011 and by 3.1% in fiscal 2012.

Department director Richard Weiss said in a letter last week to the Legislative Council that net general fund revenue in the fiscal year that begins July 1 is expected to total $4.5 billion, including increases in income and sales taxes.
