Matt Gray Joins Sherman & Howard

Matt Gray has joined the Public Finance Department of the Sherman & Howard law firm. He will be working in the company's Denver office.

Gray began his career at Sherman & Howard after graduating from the University of Arizona School of Law in 2006. He left to become a Deputy District Attorney for the 17th Judicial District of Colorado.

"We are thrilled to welcome Matt back to Sherman & Howard," Jim Lane, head of the firm's public finance team, said in a press release.

Gray will assist counties, municipalities, school districts and other local governments in complying with all necessary aspects of state law, federal tax law and federal securities law relating to public finance transactions.

Sherman & Howard is a national law firm with more than 120 years of public finance experience. The firm says its bond attorneys were the original drafters of many of the authorizing bond statutes iIn Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico.

The firm's public finance attorneys work with issuers on projects to finance schools, healthcare and cultural facilities, housing, and infrastructure.
